Another one month for me to complete my internship program. So sad..so happy..very excited..Hopefully I can get a high marks for this subject..InsyAllah.. :))
Today I have to take my punch card to be signed by Senior Officer Information Technology, Madam Sharifah Khairun Nisa' Habib Elias. After that I have to photostat the punch card to be sent to Training Branch at SAP building...;)

Happy New Month to all my staff at Information Technology Department and my friends being a internship..... :)) I miss you soo much..
Opsss...Another one month for me to complete my internship...I hope the situation here more better from before this....Breakfast!!!! Usually I just breakfast at CAFE RIA FAMA but today I breakfast site from FAMA building with "Syazana", "Kak Shaba" and "Kak Fenas"...hehehe....

Today, I get task from my supervisor to do the correction about the document at Flipping Book Publisher... Actually the data an I convert to Flipping Book Publisher have to save by .html....but before this I just save as at a new folder... After I finished my task...I was given the task to upload all document from Flipping Book Publisher like Annual Report FAMA, Management Circulars, Financial Circulars and Manual HRMIS  to website Extranet FAMA....but failed.. I'm so confused because before this I learn at Training like I try to upload now....but still wrong....I try to ask my supervisor...and try to follow his technique..but still wrong....My supervisor said to me to search at Google.com about how to upload the Flipping Book Publisher into website.
Go to lobby FAMA Point to do the Medical Check Up from NKF Life Check with half of staff Information Department.....hehehe....

This is my result.....hehehehe...Body Mass Index is Low..Body Weight is Low...Waist Circumference is normal, Blood Pressure normal, Urinalysis is normal, Random Blood Glucose also normal but High Blood Cholestrol...hahaha...Try to control and always monitor....Good Luck Anis....  :)))

Good Morning....!!!! Come to office with a sweet smile...I hope days with Information Technology department always happy and sweet...Oppss...training for LifeRay Advanced today has been canceled and my supervisor said the training will be postponed to next week... InsyaAllah... :))


Today I was given the task to convert all Annual Report FAMA and Manual HRMIS FAMA to application Flipping Book Publisher Corporate...This documents from Microsoft Office Excel and PDF File..The Annual Report FAMA include year 1986 until 1999 and about the Manual HRMIS is include User Request Leave Form, User to Update Personal Records, User Approval Leave, How to use the Scanner and User Support Leave...This is examples of work I have done...

Second Week at FAMA Selayang :))

9 November 2011 - 15 November 2011



Finally for today I given the task and Madam Norhafizah Hanzah as a my supervisor. I just call her "Kak Fizah". She pregnant about 7month. Hehehehe...so sweet..!!!! She is a friendly person, caring, and willing sharing the knowledge to me as a student internship. I zero about the detail Information Technology and with her at least I know about manage the website, system development and so on...So impressive at Information Technology department FAMA Point Selayang......!!!!!

My supervisor said I was given to manage the website for association FAMA like a PUSPANITA,PERKIF...

Woowww....so interesting and i cannot wait to do the task...hehehe..

Friday....I come to work as usual...always smile..smile...and smile....and i feel so happy.....I have yet to get a job like that was told before this...All the worker here are busy with their work...Quite fun to see them working....so interesting..I feel old working here and I started know about their behavior..very unique.... At almost three weeks I was in this department. The environment here is make me a very disciplined person..

Today is a last day for this week...I leave for a two day weekend....Quite fun because to be able to relax the body and mind..

14 November 2011 : After two days holiday, today I started to work as usual...comes with a smile..hope the day will be more cheerful...forget about the problems and focus on the work....hehehe...InsyaAllah..:))

I still waiting the task to me.....Finally....!!!!!! Yeahh!!!!! First time I get the task and do the task as a Internship Student...I was given the task to convert all about FAMA Management Circular and Financial Circular from Microsoft Office Word and Microsoft Office Excel to the Flipping Book Publisher Corporate...!! Too many data to be exchange...but I must be careful in  doing this work...fear of mistake....

Opppsss...suddenly I was thinking about the Flipping Book...I don't have knowledge about the Flipping Book Publisher....What are Flipping Book Publisher Corporate?? Oohhh....After I read all the guidelines of Flipping Book Publisher, I know what it this...Actually, Flipping Book Publisher Corporate is a windows application, designed to create modern, user-friendly and attractive publications from traditional documents...With Flipping Book Publisher we will be able to create online publications for websites, offline publications like Flash-drivers, and online publications for mobile devices like Ipad, Iphone and so on...The Flipping Book Publisher Corporate also can import any documents stored on computer, including Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office Power Point file into the Publisher...The PDF,JPEG,SWF and PNG file also can be used as sources files..

Now I understand about the what are Flipping Book Publisher...and understand why my supervisor giving the task to convert all this document to me...All document are convert into the Flipping Book Publisher will be upload in Extranet FAMA....My supervisor give me two days to complete their task...

Thursday : Today  enough two weeks I as a Internship Student.. I started work as usual..smile..smile..and silence is more better...hehehe.. After lunch with friend "Syazana", I called to enter the meeting at Training Room Level 6.. This is the first meeting for me since I was in this department. This meeting is a regular weekly meeting led by big boss before this... This meeting aims to see the progress of  the working system development and web management has been implemented. It's fun to be in a meeting... I can see, and feel how real meeting at a large company like FAMA... I do not know much about the Information Technology but since I practical here I know more about the Information Technology..and what the function of Information Technology in a company... I am also very lucky to be able to gain more knowledge and practical at the FAMA.
